The service offer comprises cleaning the Einhell "Freelexo", "Freelexo+" and "GC-RM 500" robot lawn mower inside and out, together with a blade change (including blades), a visual inspection of the hardware, testing all readable functions and battery performance. If necessary, the battery can be replaced after consultation; however, replacement batteries are not included in the service. The service includes safe and professional storage of the device at Einhell's premises, a DHL return label for sending the robot lawn mower to Einhell and for returning it in spring. When you purchase a winter service, you will be contacted by our service team and the appropriate return label with packaging instructions will be sent to you.
