The Einhell Service Webshop is provided by the iSC GmbH. The iSC GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Einhell Germany AG and offers services, spare parts and accessories for Einhell products. Articles can be ordered throughout Europe via the Einhell Service Webshop, and various services are also offered via the Webshop in some countries.
With the comprehensive range of services and articles, the iSC GmbH serves as the service company for companies of the Einhell Group and their customers. The service portfolio includes the supply of spare parts and accessories as well as repairs and maintenance and other additional services. For on-site services, the iSC GmbH cooperates with competent service partners. By selling accessories and spare parts, the iSC GmbH also acts independently in the do-it-yourself industry.

- Spare parts and accessories: With more than 250,000 spare parts and accessories, the range offers an extensive selection of items defined to match Einhell products. The product range is constantly being updated and expanded to match the new Einhell devices and is supplemented with a comprehensive selection of accessories.
- Services: With the extensive offer of various services, the iSC GmbH offers support in after-sales services for Einhell devices. The online shop offers services such as the registration of a repair order with or without warranty, withdrawal from an order, download of product manuals and much more. A lot of information about the products and spare parts can be found in the webshop and further information is summarised in the FAQ.
iSC GmbH - The history
The medium-sized company - iSC GmbH (international service center) - is founded in 1995. Its headquarter is located in Landau an der Isar, Bavaria. iSC GmbH is a subsidiary of Einhell Germany AG and therefore part of the Einhell Group which includes several companies all over the world.
For all those subsidiaries iSC GmbH is the service provider. With approximately 150 employees the company achieved an annual revenue of about 25 Mio. Euro (in 2020). This improves that we take a major part in the DIY industry especially the After Sales Service and Returns Logistics in which we’re specialized.
