All European shipments are handled by leading european transport service providers such as DHL, GLS and DPD. In most cases a shipment tracking is available on the transport service provider’s homepage. We include the tracking number when we send you the order confirmation. However, tracking and tracing of shipments is not always possible.
Please note: Parcel services exclude the delivery of dangerous goods to certain postcode areas (e.g. various islands). If you want to order a dangerous goods item to such a region, please contact our customer service. We will be glad to work out an individual solution.
Delivery costs vary depending on what you order, the size of the package and the transport service provider. The delivery charge is shown at the end of the order placement process. You only pay the price shown on the order form. There are no additional fees or costs.
The time in transit inside of Germany and to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands depends on the transport service provider and is usually 2 - 5 days. All other European deliveries can take 3 - 15 days.
Once we have handed the item(s) over to the parcel delivery company, we will send your tracking number to you by e-mail. You can easily look up the delivery status and find out where the shipment currently is.
If the package has not arrived at your house within one week and has not been left with a neighbor, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our hotline. We will contact the transport service provider and try to find out where your package is.
No delivery to packing stations
Please note when shopping in our online shop and when entering your delivery address: Einhell Service and iSC GmbH does not deliver to packing stations! Your orders will be sent to you by mail or by a parcel service directly to your home.
