Package Delivery
You can have your order delivered directly to the specified address using package delivery. After entering your address, you will be shown a selection of available courier services. This may vary depending on the country and item.
All European shipments are handled by leading european transport service providers such as DHL, GLS and DPD. In most cases a shipment tracking is available on the transport service provider’s homepage. We include the tracking number when we send you the order confirmation. However, tracking and tracing of shipments is not always possible.
Please note: Parcel services exclude the delivery of dangerous goods to certain postcode areas (e.g. various islands). If you want to order a dangerous goods item to such a region, please contact our customer service. We will be glad to work out an individual solution.
Post Office or Package Stations
You can have your order delivered to a DHL post office or DHL package station. After entering your address, you can choose whether you prefer delivery to a post office or a parcel station. Please note that this shipping method is only available for certain countries.
Pickup at the Factory Outlet
You can also order your Einhell devices online and pick them up on-site at our factory in Landau / Isar.
How it works:
Search for your desired items and add them to the shopping cart. Then click on the 'Checkout' button.
After entering your personal information, the shipping method 'Pickup at the factory outlet' will appear, and you will follow the further instructions.
Finally, click on the button 'Order with payment obligation'. Once you have completed the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
The pickup can usually take place within 1-3 working days at the Einhell factory outlet in Landau/Isar. We will send you a separate pickup notification via email. After that, you have 10 days to pick up your order.
For pickup, you will need the order confirmation or the pickup notification in printed or electronic form, as well as your ID card, passport, or driver's license.

Closest Droppoint
Through the shipping method Closest Droppoint, your order will be sent to a drop-off point such as parcel lockers or parcel shops. Specifying a specific drop-off point is not necessary; this will be handled by the respective delivery partner of DHL in the destination country. You will be notified once the drop-off point has been determined by the DHL delivery partner. Please note that this shipping method is only available for certain countries.
Freight shipping
For certain orders, delivery via freight is necessary. For this, it is essential that you provide your phone number.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs very depending on what you order, the size of the package and the transport service provider. The delivery charge is shown at the end of the order placement process. You only pay the price shown on the order form.
Delivery time
The time in transit inside of Germany and to Austria depends on the transport service provider and is usually 2 - 5 days. All other European deliveries can take 3 - 15 days. The exact shipping duration will be displayed to you when selecting the shipping service provider.
Package tracking
Once we have handed the item(s) over to the parcel delivery company, we will send your tracking number to you by e-mail. You can easily look up the delivery status and find out where the shipment currently is.
If the package has not arrived at your house within one week and has not been left with a neighbor, please send us an email to [email protected] or call our hotline. We will contact the transport service provider and try to find out where your package is.
